TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

 By undertaking Jess Bongiorno’s services, the participant understands and accepts the following:

Memberships.

  1. All Memberships are on a per person basis.

  2. Payment Options:

    · Direct Debit: Weekly payments will be direct debited from your nominated account by Ezidebit. A form will be sent to you if you choose this option. Please ensure to read their terms thoroughly. Any fees incurred are a result of their policy.

    · Cash: 1 month prepaid option.

  3. An appointment confirmation SMS will be made to you the day before your scheduled Personal Training Session to confirm your attendance. It is essential to reply. At this time, you will have the opportunity to confirm, reschedule or cancel if necessary. Please note if you do cancel your appointment at this stage no charges will be made.

  4. Last minute cancellations (I.e. Evening before your scheduled appointment or morning of) or no shows will be charged in full, unless under emergency circumstances- i.e Personal sickness, accidents, tragedy. No refunds.

  5. Memberships may be put on pause for a holiday period of up to 4 weeks in the year, but please understand that your regular weekly time may be taken by another client and you may have to alter your session time.

  6. All sessions run for a period of 30 or 45 min. Ensure to be on time as being late will cut into your session time.

  7. In regards to classes, a minimum of 3 people will need to attend each class in order for it to run. Clients must pre-book classes online no later than 24 hours before the class.

  8. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient numbers/ illness/holiday periods.

  9. If you decide to cancel your class after the 24 hour notification period or are a ‘no show’, the amount will be forfeited, unless under emergency circumstances- i.e Personal sickness, accidents, tragedy. No refunds.

  10. If you choose to cancel your membership, it may be done so at any time, but it will incur a payment equivalent to one week of your chosen membership. Please note: Upon cancelling you have the option of seeing out the week by continuing to train or alternatively you will forfeit the payment.

  11. No refunds.

Personal Training.

9. Personal Training sessions are executed with qualified Fitness Coach, Jess Bongiorno. Specific attention is drawn to form and technique during exercise to avoid injury and achieve the best results. Jess Bongiorno assumes no responsibility for personal injury during Personal Training sessions.

10. Pre-existing Medical conditions/illnesses will need to have clearance by the Participant’s General Practitioner prior to commencement of Personal Training. Failure to do so will prevent the Participant from partaking. 

11. If the Participant with a Pre-existing Personal Injury or Medical Condition chooses to perform Personal Training without clearance, it is done so at their own risk and under no circumstances will responsibility be accepted.

Nutrition Programs.

12. All Nutrition Programs are self-executed. No responsibility for Personal Injury or Medical related illnesses will be accepted as a result of choosing to undertake the Program.

13. Pre-existing Medical conditions will need to have clearance by the Participant’s General Practitioner prior to commencement of a Nutrition Program. Failure to do so will prevent the Participant from partaking. 

14. If the Participant with a Pre-existing Personal Injury or Medical Condition chooses to perform the Nutrition Program without clearance, it is done so at their own risk and under no circumstances will responsibility for allergic reactions or illnesses be accepted.

15. All food allergies/intolerances need to be specified prior to commencement of a Nutrition Program. By following the Nutrition Plan it is done so at the Participants own risk.

16. No refunds.

Jessica Bongiorno, owner of all Coaching content and Nutrition Plans purchased on this website, has exclusive rights and accepts no permission to:

· Reproduce

· Distribute or Redistribute

· Create derivative works from

· Publicly display all works produced and included within. 

PTP Products.

By purchasing PTP’s Fitness products, the buyer understands and accepts the following:

1. There are strictly no exchanges/refunds for any reason, so please make sure you select your product(s) carefully.

2. If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way, you may request an exchange of opened product.
 Fitness Systems United will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear.

3. If purchasing via Instagram (@fitfemmeofficial) in order to secure your products, payment must be made prior to distribution. There will be no ‘holding’ of items.

4. Purchases before 2pm will be posted out on the same day.

5. All items will incur a postage fee in accordance to quantity/size/weight through Australia Post.

6. It is illegal to sell and or redistribute any PTP item without authority from Fitness Systems United. Legal proceedings will take place if caught.
