Monday 9.30 am | Upper Body Focus
A 45-minute upper body fitness class focused on strength, endurance, and rehabilitation. A 30-minute resistance band workout designed to target and strengthen your lower body. This class focuses on isolating muscles, balancing out the body, and rehabilitating weaker areas. Perfect for improving muscle strength and stability, you'll work through controlled movements to enhance flexibility and mobility.

Thursday 6.45 am | Full Body Strength
A 45-minute full-body strength class that combines circuit training with weight-based exercises and rehabilitation-focused movements. You'll work through dynamic exercises that target every major muscle group, ensuring a balanced and effective workout.

Thursday 10 am | Lower Body Focus
